HI LY!
i am ever so sorry for the super late post. bleagh. Exams are over, well, at least until EOYs. I totally died. i somehow managed to get 62.5/110 for chinese. probably cause i managed to acquire a measly 6/20 for the cloze passage part. C5. argh. My Science is awful too. barely made A2. 28/40. Havent gotten back LA though. I think i died for that paper. History killed me too, 11/17. hmph. how disappointing. Geog was quite good though, 18.5/25. just missed A1 by 0.25 marks. hmmmmm what else? Oh, right. MATHS! somehow, i have no idea why, my math is apparently very good. I still remember how in P6 and P5 i totally sucked at math... and now i'm in maths olympiad. hm. anyway, i got 57/60 for math, could have gotten 59 though. ok. i shall talk about some other topic now since i have the feeling all this talk of academics is boring you. its boring me too. -.-
Did you come for the Nanyang funfair? it was fun. my class did customized files and lemonade. i was on the file side. i bet you would have rocked at it, seeing how your art is so fantastic. i feel jealous. ah well. i spent like, 50 bucks there. gosh. spent quite a lot of time at the class that just set up guitar hero and let us pay to play. it was awesome. i sucked at using the guitar and the drum though. managed to hit most of the notes with the microphone though. was duetting with gwen cause no one wanted to sing alone. so we took turns and sang alternately or just passed it to each oher when we ran out of breath. i made her sing all the high notes. :) so it was quite okay, got through 2 taylor swift songs, but then shu ning wanted to do ymca. so i duetted with june (not the rosyth june) but we totally failed. My mum was there so it was even worse... next time i shall make her choose a song that we actually know how to sing properly. Heheh now im pestering my parents to get me guitar hero. (yes la i know its super outdated)
Moving on. we went for a malacca trip with the school. have i told you? it was okay, except i was having cramps (coughcough) and we visited a lot of boring temples and wells.
Lastly, i have recently discovered the wonderful world of harry potter. i think i read the whole series in less than a week. now im gonna pester my dad to by all the harry potter movies. yay. i was like, wailing when i found out sirius died. :(
oooohhh do you read Artemis Fowl? the 7th book just came out! Yes, and i have it! im still as much of a bookworm as i was. okay, maybe slightly less. but only slightly. It's brilliant! im like, totally in LOVE with Artemis Fowl. great. now i feel pathetic. in love with a fictional character. Whoopee.
Anyway, i think ive written enough for now, and my fingers are cramping up, so...

erm... i might have to go back on what i said about disappearing for a while and letting ly post more and more. The reasons why:
1) Ly is unlikely to post alot and when she eventually posts enough, i'll probably be like, in, UNIVERSITY!!! or be a senior citizen. take your pick.
2) I usually post when i have nothing to do, nothing to read, no homework or dont feel like doing it. So, if i dont post at those times, i probably will die of boredom.

There was like a whole pile of homework so I decided to do it. Then I realised I had to watch tv. Then I realised I still had to study for exams so I chionged. Then by then I totally forgot that I wanted to post. Heheh. Sorry! ^^

Anyway what I wanted to post about.. (just remembered.) is a lesson on how to be random. Just for Deborah and any other ppl like her who have difficulties doing the easiest thing on earth. :D

Step 1: Let your mind wander. E.g. I am thinking of clouds. Now Im thinking about elephants. Now I feel like eating ice cream. now I feel like kicking someone. Now I feel like hitting my hamster on the head with a tennis ball.

Step 2: Pick a random thought. <-- (aha! random!) And say it out loud enough for anyone standing within 20 metres to hear.

Step 3: Keep quiet and wait for everyone around you to stare at you like you're mad. Then smile like a retard and look as if you know what is happening. Everyone will go: "Random!!" And then you can go back into the retard smile while everyone laughs at you. Then you have succeeded! Wee! And you have also become the retard of the class. Wee!

Lets see....whats new? ive lost the back of my phone cause i dropped it on the road outside learning lab. i didnt even know that i dropped it. lucky for me, my classmate's dad was waving for my mum to stop the car then pointed at the road. all the cars stopped! im so lucky i only lost the back... even the battery fell out of my phone. i found it, though the back went missing. couldnt find it anywhere. so my brother joshua helped me to duct tape the battery to the phone so it wouldnt drop out. such a nice brother. the duct tape is still there. probably will stay there till i get a new phone, which will be in like...forever!!! -.-"damn carelessness.

ya ya ly studying doesnt help so ive always slacked. u just figured it out? and ya forward rolls are awesome. but so are backward rolls and cartwheels and handstands. but the best by far is the trampoline!!! its so awesome!!! and according to everyone i get high when im on it. weird. i am soooo not high. o.o and am i really a drama queen? cause thats what sheryl calls me. -_-" shes nuts. i am soooo not drama. sheesh. whee. and in gym we're learning this dance thing. its quite fun. i guess. (ok ok so im exaggerating. its just damn tiring.) at least i took gym last time for a couple of years. and chinese dance. so im not dying. yet. cause i can do the frward rolls & backward rolls& cartwheels and handstands and all. so its quite fun for me. whee. and my friends say that im really scary on the trampoline cause i jump up up up and they say so high. ok. so i did bounce into other people(3 people on the trampoline max.) but so did every1 else. and somehow i keep landing on my behind when im jumping with other people. sad. whee holidays coming liao. going to sleep until lunchtime. :D and going to have slewepovers and bake and watch movies and all that kind of stuff. We are also having gym! I am addicted to forward rolls. -.-
I love the last day of sch. It is totally slack. LIT, Speech and Drama, Aesthetics and then ICT!! :)

I love the june Holidays!! :o Not that I don't like school of cos.. But I really need 2 relax. Cos I've been working so hard. lol. Everyone probably has a yeah-right-look on their faces now. I did ok! Not that it helped my results in the end.. So, I have concluded that it is best not to study at all. :D

Marcia and I went shopping for Erica's Bday last week. It was really fun! We went to far east, decided that the stuff there was too cheap and stingy, so we went to borders! To find everything there too expensive to buy. -_- In the end, we spent time being stupid and stuff. In the end we bought a packet of sherbets from Marks and Spencer for Erica. Which she loved! O.o Anw, its the thought that counts. Oh! And I saw a guy with an afro in Borders! My first time!! I tried to take a picture but I was laughing too loudly, so the guy looked over and raised an eyebrow at me. I felt so bad u noe! I mean, getting snubbed by a guy with an afro.. pfft.

Then we ate KFC. I have a picture of Marcia ripping her chicken wing apart. Heehee. But since I have no idea how to post pictures here, I am stuck with pictures of Marcia eating chicken in my handphone. Maybe I should delete them.

i agree with ly!!! Kris Allen is so AWESOME! and adam lambert screams like a girl. i think thanks to his screaming i am now hearing impaired. i actually had to cover my ears. MUAHAHAHAHA!!! Seriously random. The American Idol Finals Results show was probably the coolest and most funny one of them all. It was really scary when Adam Lambert suddenly appeared with that funny band. Yes, the one who's faces were totally covered in powder and had hair that looks like the end of my toothbrush. Maybe Adam Lambert could join them. I see the potential. They like screaming like him too.

Anyway Kris Allen totally deserved it. He is such a cool singer and he is really cute too. :)

Everyone is going around saying: Adam lambert should have won. I am never watching american idol again. Ha! I am now saying that I LOVE American Idol now and I am going to try my best to watch every episode of the nxt season if I can. :)

And June I dont care if you like Adam Lambert he is not prejudiced against cos he's gay but cos he sings like a girl and screams too much. And I dont care that Nadal won Federer on clay. I dont care!! -.-

Exams are officially OVER! Yay! ^^ Now I can return to slack mode. Which I love. I hate mugging. O ya. My mom took my hp away cos I sms 2 much. 788 msgs is not THAT bad 4 one month, right?

O.o Aahh!! And more handphone troubles... Amanda caught me smsing in class. Got fined 50 cents. I'm kinda happy cos I didnt get booked! :) I've nvr been booked for handphone b4.. O.O So shocker. Stupid Amanda went around shouting: " Ly-Shan was smsing her boyfriend in class!" Ok. Just to clear my name, I was not smsing. I was about to, but I didn't. :D

Hi! ^^ Today was kinda slack.

Jolene didn't scare me so much so it was good. I smsed alot oso. was feeling kinda emo..

Then.. there was history. Probably the only fun period today. (sounds so weird, since it's history.) We were supposed to pour stuff into a bucket and cover it with stones, pretending it is 'artifacts' and pretend to be archaelogists and dig it up. I noe it's retarded. But anyway..

It was really fun. Our group did a sunken pirate ship. Kinda cool, I think.. We decided to name it Marooned 5. Get it? hahas. I got the cool cool remain of the pirate flag. Yeah! :D

Then we had to exchange buckets and find out what civilisation it is. We got.. the multi-lingual civilisation. :) We dug through the bucket and found paper... paper... more paper... you get the idea. We pieced them togetha and it formed alot of funny stuff. Like a mrt map. Boon's pencil.. a distorted picture.. and... A LOVE LETTER FROM A SECRET ADMIRER. O.o ooohhh... Guess who it was for? JULIAN.. oooooo...

I thought the handwriting kinda looked like Phyllis. ok. it totally was phyllis's handwriting, it came from phyllis's group, so.. it WAS Phyllis. Aya. Dunno y i freak so much. Obv jus fake larh.. but phyllis.. i wonder when you will write a REAL love letter to julian... XD

Aah. then after school I smsed again. duh. then i msned. then i did homework.

fine fine....ly just told me to post what i did on the weekend, but nothing interesting happened.
Sat: morning = zuo wen tuition, which is boring. obviously. afternoon= maths learning lab, which i basically spend ganging up with a few other people against some idiot(donald duck) and getting scolded. so fun. as if. at least i got to bake cookies at night. everyone helped! Even joshua did the mixing, which is very tiring. and although he made me wipe off the stuff which got splattered on him, he still helped.
Sun: morning= church. i was listening to my music the whole time though, so i didnt fall asleep(which actually happened a couple of times before). afternoon= 5 friends came over for project. we were slacking the whole time and my room looked like a tornado went through it after they left. then i had to rush off for tuition. headache.
Although i was smsing the whole weekend, it still was soooo boring. and if youre wondering why im not using capital letters at the start of each sentence, its because its too troublesome. haha. another boring post next time. byes!

Hey!

I know we seriously need some posts, so.. here is the first proper post! yay! (Deborah's rants are hardly counted..)

Last Saturday I went for ORA booth thingo. It was quite fun. People were eating, face painting and dancing to the loud music in the background. They had this cool band that played rock music. It was VERY LOUD.

There was also alot of junk food. I ate sweet popcorn, which was only sweet cos they poured honey on top of it.. -_-" And, yogurt (which was the only healthy food they sold) , which I bought to support Jessie, my Peer Support Leader. Hahas. :) I also bought it cos I didnt want to waste the leftover coupons.

Then I had to rush for tennis. But it was kinda fun, since Matthew Siew wasnt being so irritating and gay. super funny larh. He sat on the bucket and made a super deep impression onto the tennis court. O.o ROFL. Wonder if he has 2 pay 4 that.. especially since they recently painted the courts. Argh! The new paint is so horrible. They used a green, red and bloue to cover the walls, so now the tennis courts looks so... playgroundish. ._.

On Sunday, I FINALLY started on homework. shocker. Went for chi tuition, which was ok. slapped someone. Shant say why.

Ooh! Then I listened 2 random songs on my ipod. My Life Would Suck Without You for 10 times cos the song's sooo nice. ha. then i got a bit tired of it... then I listenened to save you by simple plan again. It sounds nicer and nicer everytime I listen to it. Oops. Seriously should stop obsessing over it. LOVE MY IPOD!! but still, a ipod touch would be MUCH cooler... *hint*

Well.. that's all, I guess? Well, you have to admit, this post it way better than Deborah's..

Oh yah! Deborah, nxt time, please dont post weird stuff. Even though I said it was a blog to post random things.. If you HAVE to post, or can't keep your hands away frm the keyboard.. don't post weird things. Try things like "I love my friends!" or "We the Kings rawk!" Or things like that. :) Please?
